Short Sale Success Story: Negotiation on both 1st and 2nd Liens - Tarzana, CA




We obtained a bank short sale approval for a house in Tarzana, CA. The family purchased this house as a primary residence in 2004 for $1,000,000, and later refinanced to improve the house with two loans totalling $1,250,000.
